These Terms govern access to and use of VocaLuma ID services. By using this website, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

Keep your credentials secure and accurate. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Use a strong, unique password and update it regularly.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected breach.
Do not share your account with others or impersonate another person.

Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Taxes (PPN 11%) will be shown at checkout. Some promotions may apply.

Accepted methods: bank transfer (VA), kartu kredit/debit, e-wallets supported in Indonesia.
Invoices are issued in IDR; any bank or conversion fees are your responsibility.
Billing authorization: by submitting a payment method, you authorize us to charge the full amount plus applicable taxes.
Failed payments may suspend access until resolved.

Illustrative example: Course price IDR 1,500,000 + PPN 11% (IDR 165,000) = total IDR 1,665,000.

Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel before the cohort start date for a refund as described during checkout.

Cancellations ≥ 7 days before start: full refund minus non-refundable processing fees, if any.
Cancellations 1–6 days before start: 50% refund.
After start date: non-refundable, except where required by law.
Refund timeline: processed within 10 business days to the original payment method (subject to your bank’s processing times).

Acceptable Use

Respectful conduct in all sessions.
No unauthorized recording or redistribution.
Compliance with local laws in Indonesia.
No harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior.
No sharing of proprietary materials outside permitted use.

Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, and trademarks are owned by VocaLuma ID or its licensors. Limited, revocable, non-transferable license is granted for personal learning purposes only.

Disclaimers

No Professional Advice: content is educational and not a substitute for professional consultation.
“As-Is”: services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free operation.
Third-Party Services: we are not responsible for third-party tools or platforms used during courses.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VocaLuma ID shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the services.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation; failing that, they may be submitted to the competent courts in Jakarta.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms to reflect updates in services, laws, or operational practices. We will post changes on this page and update the Effective Date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
